My first box was really nice.

Fantastic box of KVD beauties, so happy with my first box back to my subscription after a while away. Always loved the Cohorted Beauty Box!!

This box is made for such an extreme colour complexion that I can’t believe many people will be able to use this box! I can only use the black kohl… everything else is too dark and I’m mixed race! surely there should be a colour choice?

August Summer Sunset Beauty Box - AWFUL!

You'd think with it being called 'Summer Sunset', you'd get a summery themed box? Nope. It's all red products, one of them being called 'Halloween Apple'... this is more of an autumn October box. Look at the stats, hardly anyone wears red products... the eyeshadow is black, the lipstick is a bright red that stains your lips, and the blush colour is literally called Halloween Apple....

To make it worse, this is a 'Luxury Beauty Box', and there is nothing luxury about it. It comes in a battered white cardboard box, no branding on it whatsoever, and some white tissue paper, with the products just thrown in.

This is my first subscription box, and will be my last. I even had to wait an extra week for this box as they 'didn't have the products in stock to ship the box out'. Makes me think they quickly ordered some products that were cheap and haven't sold from an outlet and said yes that will do. I'm so disappointed.

Incredibly poor service. Consistently delayed orders and often it’s not the products initially displayed or hinted at. This month the company has simply not shipped anything and then behind the scenes changed product collaboration to another brand AFTER customers have purchased the box. Customer service is slow, rude and unhelpful. Save your money.

I love that every month's box is different. This month I received some gorgeous makeup that I couldn't wait to try. The quality is always excellent and it's amazing value for the price.

The makeup in my Cohorted boxes has been brilliant. I've received everything from mascaras to eyeshadow palettes, and they're always full-sized. It's a great way to try brands I wouldn't normally buy I would never have bought Pat McGrath simply for the price but I don't need to know anywy
